Overnight oats are perfect if you like preparing your breakfasts on the weekend, don’t have much time in the morning, or are simply too sleepy to mix up a hot bowl of oatmeal. Pair them with your favorite coffee drink for an extra morning treat.

We suggest eating your overnight oats within five days of making them to avoid the oats spoiling. Overnight oats require a little bit of prep but are generally easy and require little effort! Despite their name, overnight oats only take about 2-4 hours to be ready to eat! We picked our five favorite CBD-infuesed recipes to share with you!
