We aren’t a food blog, so we won’t bog you down with a long-winded explanation of our family history, or any other irrelevant details about our lives, as food bloggers often do. (Sorry to all the food bloggers out there, we are just poking fun) Anyway, here’s the recipe.
1ml Full Spectrum CBD (we recommend Hugs Mango Tincture)
2 apples, cored, peeled, and chopped
1/4-inch fresh ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 cup ice
1 cup water
Maple syrup (or any other sugar substitute, to sweeten it)
- Add all the ingredients In a blender.
- Pulse to form a smooth mix.
- Turn off the blender and pour in serving glasses.
- Enjoy fresh or store in the fridge up to 2 days.
