The drink is amazing after a workout. I was so sore after playing basketball . I took a package put it in water and drank it, in 30 mins my soreness was gone.
I bought this, fairly familiar with cbd, but also not knowing what to personally expect with this particular brand or product. The two biggest uses I got out of it was:
1. The day after a seizure – feeling sluggish and like a space cadet, it helped me so that I didn’t need to grab coffee or an energy drink. It gave me that gentle nudge to recover.
2. After a hike and being able to pour it into a bottle of water to “recharge. ” Realistically, giving me enough “umph” to feel better after miles of trekking and some bouldering, without feeling too worn.
I could see it being doubled for more of a pain management aspect during the day.
The one (albeit small) downside is a mild chalkiness texture that does eventually breakdown
Love the drink mix. Gives me a MUCH better kick in the morning instead of coffee without falling apart by 2pm. Love it. I bring the packets with me everywhere.
