I’m one to typically be a skeptic about sleep aids. I’ve tried the mental exercises, the homeopathic products, and a slew of prescription products, and I have to say this is by far the most effective product I’ve ever tried–hands (and feet) down. I literally cannot emphasize this enough. Best thing is that I wake up feeling rested in the morning and I am not tired (even if I got fewer hours of sleep than I would expect)! This product rocks.

I have been using Nightcap for months and it is wonderful! However, buyer beware if you find yourself needing to take a drug test for work. I recently tested positive and nightcap was the only product I’ve been using. To my surprise, CBN has caused a lot of false positives. I was completely unaware until now.
